Shipping Policy

At InsideFPV Ventures Private Limited, we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

• Orders are shipped through reliable courier and logistics partners depending on serviceability and destination.
• Wherever possible, all products in an order will be shipped together. In some cases, products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, product type or warehouse location.
• Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through the registered email address, mobile number or your account on our website.
• If the outer packaging appears damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse delivery wherever possible and contact our support team immediately with the order number and photographs/video.
• All shipments will carry the applicable invoice in accordance with Indian tax regulations.

Shipping Partners

We may use courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post or other logistics providers, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

For remote or non-serviceable locations, we may use India Post or another suitable logistics provider. Courier availability and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

• We generally aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
• Estimated delivery within India is generally 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are advised to place time-sensitive orders sufficiently in advance.
